A 4,000m² specialized project executed by United Amlak Co. in record time. Delivered by United Amlak, the project encompassed construction and civil works in addition to specialized works which fit this type of projects such as: medical appliances; medical gas network; scientific research, training and conference auditoria; and rooms of animals used in scientific research and experiments.

This project was implemented over an area of 4,200m in Jeddah. Our scope of work included preparation of the infrastructure, asphalt, curbstone, and interlock works in addition to installation of greenhouses and their fittings such as water connections, air cooling and control using state-of-the-art international technologies.

Over 45,000m, we removed damaged parts, prepared the complete surface area, amended electrical supply ducts, performed tray cables, air conditioners, concrete foundations, water and thermal insulation and e-network connections feeding the market.

We implemented the internal and external facades using Jordanian stone and hajar riyadh as per the maps and decoration designs and art forms of entrances, exits and facades.

We also do GRC work and implement all designs that contain geometric shapes and the possibility of implementing all sizes and areas for the facades of villas, palaces and buildings.

We establish gas stations with all their requirements, such as tanks, pumps, paving and insulation works according to the highest quality and safety standard

In a record time (11 months), we were able to develop and renovate Baha Electricity Club including pools, sauna, jacuzzi, gyms and their annexures, administrative offices and the football court with state-of-the-art technologies that meet EHS requirements.
